2. Returns eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
3. How to initiate a return
Please contact our customer service team at info@newactive.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details. Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return is processed. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your purchase included a promotional offer, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the discount applied.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
